Barbara & Pete - Mariage à Epalinges et au Casino de Morges

Readers, meet one of the sweetest couples I have ever met, Barbara & Pete, as newly weds! (see their E-Session here)

Currently residing in England, they decided to have their wedding here in Switzerland as Barbara grew up in Lausanne, and her family still lives here. Pete's family, and many of their friends, came over for the week-end. I bet they didn't regret it! The weather was absolutely gorgeous and warmer than a typical January day. The ceremony look place at the Eglise des Croisettes in Epalinges, and was followed by a lovely apero at the Mercy Ships headquarters in Lausanne (great charity organization by the way). Their evening reception was held at the Casino Restaurant in Morges. The setting was magical and so romantic!
A big THANK YOU to Charlotte Berrington of silversatsuma Photography, for giving me a hand! I LOVE her pictures of "the boys" (second one below, and first pic on the slide show). The last slide is also her take on the first dance, from up above - it's awesome!!

Here are a few of my favorite from the day:

Bride and her ladies

Here is a little low-resolution slide show of their W-day to give you a quick overview.

  1. What I've seen as only a small extract of the creative work of the two photographers is very professional with a warm and sensitive touch.

  2. Hi Colette and Charlotte

How are you both? I realised we haven't really been in touch to thank you both for the contribution you made to our wedding day. So thank you! Not only have you taken some great photos from what we've seen already, but you did it with a lot of style and only made a positive impression on the day itself.

Everybody who have seen the slide show and blogs are very complementary as well.

Wishing you both every success in the future

    Pete
